On september 11th I made an Official Santa’s Favorite Ho shirt huge order 400 huge and utilized place cash and point credits that I earned and saved for months waiting to purchase school clothes for my sons I received my online order on saturday the 15th and all the items I purchased for my oldest son even tho I ordered his normal sizes were too big and would most likely not fit intil next year I called our local retail store in moosic pa and asked if I would be able to exchange them for a smaller size there or would I have to send them back since they were purchased online the employee informed me I could exchange them in the store when I arrived she began ringing them up as a return I clarified with her I only wanted to exchange for a smaller size however some items were online exclusives and she told me it would have to be handled as a return halfway threw ringing them up I noticed she was only giving me credit for the sale price after the coupons it was at this time she informed me I would only get credit for the price I paid after the discounts were applied that I would have to repurchase all new items at full retail and the credits I utilized that I earned by shopping here would not be reapplied to the new order I called customer service the rep told me he would recredit me the place cash which came to a 60 left me on hold for 35 minutes in the parking lot only to come back and tell me that his supervisor refused to recredit me the coupon for the exchange.
